14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 14 days from the purchase date will need to be communicated with vender for approval.
No Exchanges
Brad Lee LLC does not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Restocking Fee (Candles Only)
All approved returns for candles are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Any clothing material including hats
Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Digital products like music, videos, podcast, or video training/teaching courses
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brad Lee LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Candle returns will have a 10% restocking fee deducted
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below
